It’s getting close to a year since Eazy Bob Wizzy’s debut album “Who Is Eazy?” dropped. On Friday 6th October, Eazy announced that he has started working on the deluxe edition (of his debut album) that will feature four new songs and will be available for pre-order soon (physical copies only).

Fyn Boy is a song that talks about the perfect relationship that isn’t really the perfect relationship, and is also a reply to Eazy Bob Wizzy’s “Fyn Geh” (Click here to listen to Fyn Geh). In order to get an EPIC reply Eazy had to recruit three “Fyn Gehs” namely; BIE, Blazee and Josephine (on the hook), and they all did justice to the track, speaking from both true-life experiences to plain fiction.

While we anticipate the release of “Who Is Eazy?: Deluxe Edition” listen to “Fyn Boy” below.

Abuja based artist, Telsum Bini, popularly known as Mon Lee, is out with a scintillating cover album titled ‘Made of Music’. The album is entirely vocal; with handclapping, finger snapping, a metal tin and water as supporting “music tools”. The artist has been dishing out slices of this cake all year on his SoundCloud and Audiomack account.

Charlie Puth isn’t on this nine-track album (of covers) featuring songs adapted from the Chainsmokers, Game of Thrones theme song, Jon Bellion, Jazmine Sullivan, Jay Z, Masterkraft, Tommy Maverick and X-Rekordz’s very own – Eazy Bob Wizzy.

To add to the appeal of the album, Mon Lee spices up each track with energetic beat-boxing and proves to his ever-growing fans and listeners that he is indeed made of music. On his Twitter, he says he’s been at a point in his music where he got fed up with the usual and ditched music instruments for his mouth and voice. Without a doubt, the outstanding covers would definitely make the original artists smile.

Mon Lee has been making and releasing music for a while now.  In 2014, Mon Lee’s song ‘Moon Seamus’ was covered by our artist, Eazy Bob Wizzy.

The butterfly is a beautiful creature. It has a combination of beautiful amazing colors and yes, it flies. The colors of the butterfly in this song represent life; the good times, the trials and challenges, the love, the hate and most importantly God (the Most High).

The fact that the butterfly flies, represents achievements and going/achieving greater heights in life.

In essence this song describes life, dreams and aspirations using a “Laba Laba” (“butterfly” in Yoruba, a language in Nigeria). With the beautiful colors of life you can fly around the world and achieve what ever dreams you’ve got.

This is a soothing song that will definitely give you the “feels”. The voices of Cris Kester and Leo Owan are perfectly laced with an awesome beat produced by CASTOR BRIDGE popularly known as Kossi.

LYRICS

Verse One

Phone rings I got a text, and it’s from the boy Drex

Text says “Yo! I got a party, so come make we flex”

And I’m like “Yes! Finally I get to roll with the coolest dudes in my set”

Don’t wanna mess this up, so I gotta be cool and I gas to show myself

By that I mean show off, be the guy that they want me to

Pretend to be a bad boy so all the girls would want me too

Don’t have much, but they gotta think I live in luxury too

Next I’m at my cousin’s house, borrowing money for new shoes

Hollup! I’m at the party and yeah I’m chilling

Finally with the cool cats, yeah we in the building

Mehn I’m having so much fun outchea it’s killing

But little did I know that literally, it was killing

‘Cos I’ve never ever smoked some weed before, but I had to

I’ve never ever touched a girl before, but I had to

Deep down I thought I had no choice but really, I had two

Be fake and be accepted or be real and be rejected

Verse Two

She be fine girl but she no know, ‘cos dem dey mock her nose

She wanted to fit in so bad, she took attention off her nose

“How?” you ask, mehn she did it by taking off her clothes

On Instagram she gets thousands of likes, when she strikes a pose

She’s stuck in the numbers game, seeking likes and followers

And even on the campus the thirsty guys, they followed her

Finally she’s been noticed, finally they’ve accepted her

But they all fake ‘cos they won’t love her, for the real her

Good girl gone bad, blame it on insecurity

Every night she cries, ‘cos really she ain’t enjoying this

She hides behind a mask ‘cos she doesn’t like what the truth is

She broke her promise to Dad *gasp she lost her virginity

She’s never slept with several men before, but she had to

She’s never broke her promises before, but she had to

Deep down she thought she had no choice, but really she had two

Be fake and be accepted or be real and be rejected

Running With The Moon is a song that talks about how we as believers might face a few difficulties while spreading the gospel. But, we won’t let what they think about us, stop us from proclaiming His name wherever we are, rather we’ll go into the world with the moon (the Gospel) and illuminate the darkness…

Although it was written by an artists point of view, it can be likened to whatever role you play as a part of the Body of Christ. We all live for His glory and His glory alone…

The art: The significance of Me covering My face in the art can be likened to the fact that it’s not really about Me but God. He deserves all the glory and not Me…

LYRICS

Verse One:

I got that, M to the U S I C in Me

And what d’you think I use it for?
I use it for the one, who redeemed Me
‘Cos I know that He deserves it all
What I do ain’t all about Me
Eazy Bob Wizzy don’t matter at all
Tell Me why I should exalt myself
When I know that I am surely gonna fall

Jesus Christ is the reason I’m living
He’s the reason why I’m alive
He’s the one that changed My situation
That’s why, I no longer have to strive
Ain’t got time to chase things o’ the world
I ain’t no hustler
But I keep needing more o’ My God
Like My last name is Oliver

I know I ain’t worthy
But You saved Me and made Me a Super Man
Now I be spittn’ lines daily
To hook ’em all, see am a fisher o’ men
I tell ’em ’bout Your love for we
How You died so we could all be free
The time You said “its finished”
You gave Your life, so we all could see

We go hard when we speaking
We never going soft
And everyday we stay winning
Yessir the devil lost
And to the lost souls we reaching
We gonna get ’em all
And for every soul found
We give the glory to our God

Hook:

I’m giving Him
I’m giving Him Yeah
I’m giving Him
I’m giving Him Yeah
I’m giving Him
I’m giving Him Yeah
I’m giving Him
I’m giving…

I’m giving
Glory to My God
Giving glory to My God
I’m giving
Glory to My God
Giving glory to My God Yeah

I’m giving Him
I’m giving Him Yeah
I’m giving Him
I’m giving Him Glory

Verse Two:

Before I hit the booth, I say
Jesus come take control
The lines I’m ’bout to spit
I pray the Holy Ghost flows
Before I hit the stage
I say Father I give you praise
The words I’m bout to speak
To their souls should penetrate

You might see Me on the mic
But, really this is not Me
Its the Holy Ghost on the mic
And He’s the one that be rapping
I’m a vessel of the main thing
The glory isn’t My thing
I don’t need it t all
Jesus Christ should get the props

I always humble myself
And let, God lift Me up
Every time I kneel before Him
I get the power to stand
King Jesus is who I rep
That’s why, I’m going up
He’s the Lord of lords and My ruler
That’s why My life ain’t got no bends

The life you’re living now
Never came by your power
If sey no be God
You for no fit see this hour
So all the praise and all the glory
Just give it to him
Said all the praise and all the glory
Just give it to Him

Repeat Hook

Verse Three:

A G T G
All Glory to God mehn
Ambassador of Heaven
See Jesus Christ is My Government
So everyday Me I’m reppin Him
I ain’t never gon’ stop mehn

So when I spit ’em lines on stage
And lives get changed, Its Him I do it for
And everyday He leads Me
Outta sin, I’m always grateful y’all!
